BoardMe is a trust-first boarding finder for Sri Lanka, built for students and working people who need a safe place to stay — and for owners who want serious tenants without paying brokers.

Every listing on BoardMe is reviewed by a human before it goes live, and every owner verifies who they are. Brokers and agents are banned by our terms, and we enforce that with identity checks, community reporting and moderation.

Our verification promise

• Every owner submits their National Identity Card before any listing can be reviewed.
• Our team checks each listing's photos, location pin and details before it appears in search.
• The verified seal shows the date the listing was last reviewed.
• Anyone can report a listing or comment — reports go straight to our moderation queue.

BoardMe is a discovery platform: rental agreements are made directly between you and the owner, and we never charge seekers anything. If something looks wrong, use the report button — it genuinely helps keep the platform clean.
